My name is Dom. Sergio J. Montini Jr., founder of Dream Strive Manifest LLC.
My professional journey began in hospitality at thirteen and eventually carried me through professional kitchens, management, entrepreneurship and international hospitality operations across different countries and cultures.
Along the way, curiosity took me far beyond the kitchen. Writing, research, publishing, operational systems, digital products and technology became part of that journey—not because they followed a predetermined career path, but because I have always wanted to understand how things work, connect what I learn and see what can be built from it. Dream Strive Manifest grew from that same instinct.
Today, DSM is home to projects that bring those different worlds together—from culinary knowledge and operational systems to publishing, research, creative ventures and digital products such as CooKBooK.
I am not a traditional software developer, nor do I pretend to be one. I use modern AI-assisted, no-code and low-code technologies as tools, combining them with decades of practical experience, independent learning and a willingness to acquire whatever new knowledge a project requires. DSM is where ideas stop being only ideas.
